he Disruptive Environments™ Heavy Placard is a purpose-built platform for secure retention of 5.56 magazines (USGI, PMAG, STANAG, AUG), 7.62 magazines (PMAG, SR-25/AR-10, M7, SCAR 17, Lancer, AICS Short Action), M110A1 CSASS (HK417), and AK magazines (7.62/5.45).

The Heavy Placard incorporates several user-driven improvements, including adjustable magazine cell depth and repositionable MP2 magazine inserts to accommodate longer magazines (40-round PMAGs and magazines with basepad extensions) as well as tactical radios (PRC-152).

A universal plate carrier attachment system provides height-adjustable vertical mounting points and multi-fit side attachment points compatible with 1" side-release buckles, 1" G-Hooks and FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes®, ensuring seamless integration with virtually all top-tier commercial, federal, and U.S. Armed Forces–issued plate carriers.
